These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of growmmremove.world (the “Site”) operated by Growmmremove.world (“we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under New Zealand law.
3. Nature of content — important
The Site provides general lifestyle information about daily wellbeing tracking, habits, and related topics. It is not medical, psychological, dietary, or other professional advice. Content is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health practitioner. In an emergency, call 111 (New Zealand). For health advice, contact your GP or Healthline on 0800 611 116.
You are responsible for how you use any information on the Site and for decisions about your health and wellbeing.
4. No professional relationship
Use of the Site does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–client, or other professional relationship between you and us.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose under New Zealand law;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data;
- introduce malware, scrape content at scale without permission, or disrupt the Site;
- submit false, misleading, defamatory, or harassing material via forms or email;
- use the Site in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
6. Contact form and user content
When you submit the contact form, you warrant that information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You consent to us processing your submission as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive health information unless you accept that we will use it only to respond to your message.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license copyright in text, graphics, layout, logos, and other materials on the Site. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Republication, commercial use, or modification requires our prior written consent, except as permitted by the Copyright Act 1994 (New Zealand).
8. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our collection of personal information is governed by the Privacy Act 2020 and explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other New Zealand law that cannot be excluded or limited.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to NZD $100 or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.
These limits do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
12. Consumer rights (New Zealand)
If you are a “consumer” under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing here affects those rights. If you believe we have not met a consumer guarantee, contact us first; you may also contact the Commerce Commission New Zealand.
13. Fair trading
We aim to present information honestly and without misleading claims about outcomes from lifestyle tracking, consistent with the Fair Trading Act 1986. We do not guarantee specific health or wellbeing results from using the Site.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our wrongful act or omission.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We may refuse service or block submissions that violate these Terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. Before commencing proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting us at the email above.
17. Severability
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
18. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
